» E-mail alerts Whether you run dozens, hundreds, or thousands of campaigns simultaneously across your web sites, it's hard to keep an eye on them to make sure they're delivering correctly. AdvertPRO addresses this problem by allowing you to setup e-mail alerts to notify you of important events on a per campaign basis. Customizable e-mail messages, which can have customizable reports attached to them in either CSV, Excel, PDF, or TXT format, can be sent under the following configurable conditions:

  • Stop date reached
  • Periodic (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, etc...)
  • Number of days remaining
  • View increment threshold (i.e. every 10,000 views)

You can schedule how often e-mail alerts should be sent too. By default they're sent hourly, but don't worry about your inbox getting flooded. AdvertPRO is smart enough not to notify you of any particular event more than once.
» Exclusive targeting
» Even distribution What do you do if you have a campaign that you want to deliver 100,000 impressions for in several zones over a period of 30 days, but your traffic could deliver those impressions in just a few days? AdvertPRO solves this problem with an advanced feature called even distribution. When enabled, even distribution will spread out impressions for a campaign throughout each day in it's flight as evenly as possible.
» Frequency capping
» Keyword only This option allows you to deliver a keyword targeted campaign only when it's keywords are matched.
» Multiple ad units
» Priority chaining Perhaps one of the slickest features in AdvertPRO, priority chaining allows you to schedule groups of campaigns to run together in a zone. For example, suppose that you have a zone where you run both paid and in-house campaigns, but you only want to show the in-house campaigns when all of your paid campaigns are expired. Do you need to manually enable/disable the in-house campaigns to accomplish this? Absolutely not. Simply setup to the in-house campaigns to run in a lower priority chain and they'll only show when all of your paid campaigns in higher priority chains are disabled or expired.

» Start Date
» Stop Date Optionally setup your campaigns to stop on a date that you specify. If no stop date is specified, the campaign will deliver until it is explicitly disabled or expired by some other means such as when it's view limit is met.
» Day of Week
» Time of Day Setup campaigns to run only during the hours of the day that you specify.
» IP Address
» Hostname Block and target campaigns from and to visitors within any number of hostnames that you specify. Wildcard matching is supported to make targeting long lists of hostnames very easy.
» Custom
» Keywords & Phrases If you have a search engine or a directory that's organized into categories, you'll simply love the keyword and phrase targeting feature. Simply pass your keywords or phrases on to AdvertPRO and you'll be able to block or target your campaigns from and to them. Any number of keywords and phrases may be entered to be matched with the following algorithms:
  • Fuzzy (i.e. book matches books)
  • Exact (i.e. "book" does not match "books")
  • Logical +/-
» Operating System
» Payout Rates Minimum CPM, CPC, and CPA rate targeting is available to make sure that only acceptably high paying campaigns are delivered to publishers. It's possible to set default minimums at their account level as well as for each individual zone they deliver.
» Referrer
» Theme AdvertPRO allows you to assign any number of themes to each of your publishers. It's then possible to target campaigns to be delivered on publishers web sites with a particular or set of themes that you specify. Themes are fully customizable too, so you can create them to be as broad or specific as you need.
» Web Browser
» Zone AdvertPRO allows you to assign your campaigns to any number of zones. Campaigns may be enabled, disabled, and prioritized in each zone individually. This allows you to, for example, boost a specific campaign to have a higher priority on your home page, but still have it run at normal priority on other areas of your web site.
» Contextual
» Continent Setup campaigns to only be delivered to visitors from the continent(s) that you specify.
» Country
» State/Province Setup campaigns to only be delivered to visitors from the state(s) and province(s) that you specify.

Cached copies of compressed files are kept in memory to reduce CPU usage generally associated with GZIP compression. Additionally, files that do not compress at all are delivered in uncompressed format.
